Take a look at some fantastic art work by my friend Heather. She has recently tasked herself with creating a new piece of art each week in 2012. A few months ago, a bunch of coworkers (including Heather) went to an art class on a Friday afternoon. We were given some paper and some pastels and told to get to work. Well, while most of us were drawing boxes and circles and stick figures and trees, Heather produced two sophisticated pieces of art. One was a native american warrior woman with an elaborate headdress, etc. the other was a lovely beach scene. Needless to say, Heather is awesome.
Last week she asked my permission to do a watercolor piece of my pups – Mikey and Molly. I knew this would be amazing, but I did not have any idea how amazing.
