Ladies and Gentlemen, the Grammys are over for this year. Frankly, this makes me very sad, however, I enjoyed the show immensely. As the world knows, Whitney Houston passed away on Saturday afternoon in Beverly Hills. But, as we assume Whitney would have wanted, the show must go on. The worry was that this show [...]

It only seems fitting to dedicate today’s post to Whitney Houston. I grew up listening to Whitney Houston. My parents were fans and therefore I became one as well. I remember getting her CDs through our BMG music club memberships each year they were released. I remember my first grade talent show when I was [...]

I tend to think I always need to post something fairly timely, or something about to be released. But often times, it just comes down to posting about someone or something that I missed over the time I neglected this blog. In this case, Sam Tsui was never fully shared with people I know unless [...]

It has been awhile since Kellie Pickler released new music. From those days on Idol when the judges were less than kind and the public somewhat were the same. Writers Agree to Work the Grammy Awards
Striking Hollywood writers will be allowed to work on the Grammy Awards under a deal reached with the Writers Guild of America.
The guild’s board granted the Recording Academy a waiver for the Feb. 10 show. This follows an earlier decision by the WGA not to picket the award cereony, giving music stars a free path to the red carpet.
“The Recording Academy is gratified by the WGA’s decision to grant the interim agreement we requested for our milestone 50th Annual GRAMMY Awards,” said the academy’s president, Neil Portnow, in a statement Monday. “Having our talented writers on the team further ensures the highest level of creativity and innovation, something our audience has come to expect every year.”
END it…

The Writer’s Strike needs to end. That’s all I should have to say. As a tv junkie (as well as music and movies), I feel like I am running out of things to watch. Now I will have to go to my other hobbies such as reading and going to the gym. I guess going [...]
